Blackland Quilt Guild
promotes the appreciation of the art of quilting. To share our passion for and to promote the art of quilting by teaching, holding seminars and quilt shows, making donation quilts, and promoting our work through the media. We acknowledge that quilting is our heritage; we aspire to pass on our art to future generations. The guild is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. Membership is open to anyone interested in quilting. The guild meets the 2nd Saturday of every month at 10:00 a.m. at the St. James Episcopal Church, in the fellowship room. Bees are open for new members on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings (10 am - 3 ish) weekly. Visitors are welcome to attend twice before joining.
